Joseph Baur

Joe has been in the landscaping industry for over 15 years. He started as a sales associate at a local nursery and quickly escalated to a supervisor in a renowned franchise landscape company. He also attended Rutgers University for Professional Landscape Management.

Joe went on to study about landscape & hardscape design, turf and landscape pest management, plant identification, water drainage management and much more. After performing many side jobs for friends and family, it inspired him to start his own business.

Joe opened Baur Lawns- Landscape Design & Maintenanceand successfully grew his traditional landscape company for the past 5 years. Joe deeply understands the market and Co-Founded Grassi, LLC in order to provide a better quality service to his clients and to properties nationwide.

Barton Henderson, Esq.

Barton Henderson is a passionate entrepreneur who focuses on community impact and company branding. In 2013, Barton founded Henderson Promos, LLC, a full-scale promotional products firm which helps produce measurable growth within companies through innovative marketing techniques.

He has worked on local and national political campaigns with an expertise in political communication and social media engagement. Barton is an honorary advisor on the NGO Committee on Sustainable Development-NY (NGOCSD), an organization involved in consulting and implementing agreements with the United Nations (U.N.) committee on sustainability. He serves on the Christian Brothers Academy Alumni Board, Chairs the Tigger House Foundation Ambassador Board, and is fully immersed in the Monmouth and Ocean County business community as a member of the MODC, EIPA, CNBA, and NJBIA.

He gained a B.A. in Political Science and a B.A. in Administration of Justice from University of Hawaii-Hilo, summa cum laude. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate at the University of Massachusetts School of Law, cum laude, and his Masters of Business Administration at the University of Massachusetts Charlton College of Business. Barton volunteers with numerous organizations in the community and through his role in Freemasonry. Barton spends his free time with his wife, Kristina and his dogs, Gatsby and Kona.
